Diffusion models and LLMs have already made an impact on our concept design workflow, but our research is focusing on the next frontier: AI in BIM and construction. By integrating AI into a BIM workflow, it will enhance design precision, optimize resource use, and accelerate project timelines. A spatial-data driven deep learning model will enable us to generate detailed 3D models efficiently, translate them into comprehensive BIM datasets, and facilitate seamless coordination during construction.
